If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Tuffbladder , 128 Leslie Road , Fourways , Johannesburg 2192.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Tuffbladder accessible from https://www.tuffbladder.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

​

Please note that goods can only be returned if there has been a prior arrangement made and if Tuffbladder deems it necessary, as outlined in our warranty terms: Tuffbladders liability to a purchaser of a Tuffbladder product, however arising, shall be limited to, at Tuffbladders election:

​

  1. the repair of a Tuffbladder product; or

  2. the replacement of a Tuffbladder product.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

​

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The Goods are in the original packaging

  • ​

The following Goods cannot be returned:

​

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

​

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Faulty and/or Damaged on Arrival Items

​

Faulty and damaged on-arrival items will be dealt with in accordance with sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

​

  • In the case of damaged on-arrival items, the customer needs to notify Tuffbladder of any breakages, missing or damaged parts and accessories within 3 days of the receipt of the goods. Tuffbladder may ask for images of the goods and packaging, highlighting the extent of the damage. Tuffbladder will not entertain any claims of breakages, missing or damaged parts and accessories if this notification is not received within 3 days of the goods being delivered.

  • Tuffbladder will cover the freight and insurance cost of a faulty item under warranty. Should our suppliers assess the item and find it to not be faulty or to be user damage, the customer may be liable for the return cost.

  • A faulty item is a defective item with any material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product that makes the product less acceptable for proper usage as intended.

  • The following does not constitute a defect, and will not be eligible for a refund, replacement or repair:

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse and misuse, or incorrect usage of the product;

  • Damage arising from electrical surges or sea, air corrosion;

  • Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

  • Damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product;

  • Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit the customer;

Shipping/Deliveries

Tuffbladder uses third-party delivery services. The delivery terms will be outlined upon your purchase, and you will be notified of the delivery lead time, which may vary based on your location.
